About

Megha KeharHello and welcome to my page of existentialist drivel.

I’m 25 and voluntarily average—with random strokes of genius every now and again. Of course.

I’m a journalist and person. I’m also a retired ITician so if you notice any geekiness, don’t worry it’s just remnants from the past.

If I could, I would spend all my time with T-Rex cos he’s my BFF.

Lately I’ve taken a fancy to pies – I love all kinds of pies.

I try and write about music whenever I can because there aren’t many other things that motivate me.

I like to think my music taste is mostly l33t but I’ve had my days of excessive pop indulgence. Even though I have a callous disregard for hip hop, I’m defo getting more and more inclusive with age.

I hope you don’t think my blog is thoroughly pointless. I can deal with slightly pointless though.

Megha

Here’s how you can get in touch with me, if you feel so inclined.

Agreed

Laidbackness has a lot of potential, I like where you are going with this. I like your taste in music and your attitude. In fact I was surprised to see Idiot Pilot on here, as I was not aware they had fans in the UK. Good review of Death Cab, one of my favorite bands. If I might suggest an additional noteworthy product of Washington State: Sleater-Kinney (Ok, only one member was from WA and the others were from Oregon). They might not fit the indie genre perfectly but they started out independent in their time. Maybe more punk, as they were one of the core bands of the Riot Grrl movement. Start with One More Hour, from their album Dig Me Out. It’s distinctive. I would not be surpised to find that you already know of them, considering some of the other, more obscure bands you have on here. Keep up the good work.

In this eversucking world of chaos and bad taste your site is like a fresh breeze … yeah ‘ there are still ‘rock n roll’ loving soul’s drifting around… and are willing to connect. I wish that this site becomes the platform where we stop wandering, stop cribing and just close our eyes ….. n get lost forever…..

Interesting … but I am too laidback may be to understand much about Rock music … not that I do not like it … but have not developed much of an ear for that … but I like “laidbackness” as otherwise … one cannot every enjoy doing some hard work … may be … not sure though.

All the best … keep blogging…

Himanshu
